How to register

First of all, please ensure that you have completed account registration with your full particulars and mobile number. Otherwise, with incomplete registration and mobile number, your products will not be visible to the buyers.
  • Account approval will take 3 business days.
  • Upon completion of account registration, you will be guided on how to list your products on DCmarket.

Registration Fee

DCmarket is helping sellers to build up a wide network with zero product listing and no registration fees. The only fee charges will be the 2.5% merchant fee payable by senangPay & iPay88 and 1% service charge after your items have been sold.

[Seller Basics] How do I get my payment?

Payment made by the buyers will be hold by iPay88 or senangPay merchants. 

Orders can be completed by the seller upon confirming that the buyer has received the products by clicking on “COMPLETED” or once DCmarket Guarantee period ends. The payment will then be released to seller and will be automatically released to your bank account within 10 business days.

Sellers must complete the “ADD NOTE” section as shown below with basic information such as Tracking Number and Courier Company after goods have been shipped.  This is so that buyers can check the shipment status of the goods. 

Tracking number must be made available via the Add Note section to customers within 48 hours.

Account Suspend

We never want to disrupt someone from using DCmarket, but to protect our community we may occasionally restrict or suspend accounts if we’re concerned about fraud or other negative impacts on our members.
If we place a hold, restriction, or suspension on your account, we’ll send you an email explaining what happened and what you need to do to have your account reinstated. 
If we’ve placed a hold, restriction, or suspension on your account, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
  • Fake order creation
  • A serious violation of one of our rules and policies
  • Inability to verify your account information
  • Scams
  • Continuous repeated upload of products with listing violations
  • Copied from other sellers’ listings
To appeal against your account limitation, please prepare the following documents before email to our Customer Service team:
 

For Buyers

  • Valid photo ID (e.g. Passport, NRIC, Student ID)
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. Phone bills from seller, Pictures of the purchased products, etc)

For Sellers

  • Valid photo ID (e.g. Passport, NRIC, Student ID)
  • A copy of business license / SSM registration (if applicable)
  • Proof of shipping / delivery
  • Proof of product pre-ownership (e.g. supplier invoice, receipts, etc)
