SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

For shipping within MALAYSIA uses Malaysia Registered Post and express courier service such as Couriers Please.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days

Express Shipping: 1-3 Days

SHIPPING OUTSIDE MALAYSIA

For shipping outside MALAYSIA uses MALAYSIA Registered Post and etc.

Standard Shipping: 7-28 Days

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Malaysia Post.

As we cannot guarantee the service of Malaysia Post being 100% accurate at all times.

DCmarket will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for goods delivery. 

All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When your order has been placed, confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at admin@dcmarket.com.my

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched. 

You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day.

All orders will then be dispatched from Vendor’s within 5-7 working days (Due to COVID 19).

In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified through email.

Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended and checked.

ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY 

In the very rare even cases;

  1. A sold-out item has been purchased OR
  2. A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake Vendor’s or DCmarket reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
  3. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or full refund. (Whichever is preferred)

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. 

If you have made an error in your delivery address, contact number or name, please email us via admin@dcmarket.com.my immediately.  If your order has already shipped accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.  

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES

All prices indicated any payment processed on this site are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all currency, duties and taxes policies before purchase and therefore agree to these terms when ordering through DCmarket.

We ONLY accept payment through credit card, debit card and e-wallet payments.

AUTHENTICITY

DCmarket guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our staff of vendor’s to ensure that all items are authentic.

RETURNS

DCMARKET DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR A CHANGE OF MIND. PLEASE SHOP CAREFULLY AS THIS IS OUR POLICY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We are happy to provide you with a full refund where goods meet ALL of the below conditions:

  1. We have reviewed and accepted your return request.
  2. The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery within Malaysia.
  3. The item is returned to us within 14 days of International delivery 
  4. The item is returned in original condition (e.g. unworn, unwashed, still in original packaging, no scratching, no damage etc) 
  5. Goods isn’t suit for the confirmed samples.
  6. Items must be shipped back within a postal box, item CAN NOT be shipped in bags (unless vendors were shipped originally in bag)

IF your return does not meet ALL of the above requirements, the items will NOT be accepted for return. 

DCmarket reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email us at admin@dcmarket.com.my to obtain a return instruction, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. 

You will receive a return form once a staff member has collected all of the above information from you.

You must then immediately send your return back to the address provided in the email.

DCmarket do not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to vendor are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you post back your return package using a traceable service as DCmarket will not be held liable for any lost packages.

EXPRESS RATE | EXPRESS SHIPPING RATE

Find out DCmarket Express Rate, DCmarket Express shipping rate charge for sending parcel within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.  

Shipping fee is auto-calculated and is visible once you have selected the item(s) you intend to purchase in “My Cart” prior to Checkout.  The general rule of the calculation is as follow:

  • Type of delivery option selected – i.e.: Standard or Economy
  • Number of items you order
  • Distance of your shipping address
  • The weight and dimension of your item

Note: Some seller will offer free shipping promotion by setting a minimum spending value threshold that needs to be met with each other. 

Effective from 30 December 2021, the shipping fee rates for selected logistics partner will be standardised.
